About Me

I am a registered mental health nurse and a BABCP registered cognitive behavioural therapist. My passion and knowledge has grown from my experience of working in secondary mental health services on acute mental health wards, crisis teams and assessments teams. I also have experience within primary care services working in talking therapies which is how i completed my CBT training.

My aim with working as a private practitioner is to help break to cycle of limited sessions, being restricted by rules within an employed role and working in a holistic way to help clients feel they are getting what they want and need from therapy.

Why Work With Me?

I want to offer you a safe, compassionate space where you can feel understood and supported. I know that everyone’s experience is unique, which is why I take a personalised approach to therapy. Together, we’ll create a plan that is tailored to your needs and goals. My aim is to empower you to build resilience, improve your mental well-being, and move forward with confidence.

I offer a warm, non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. I’m here to guide you in a way that feels comfortable and right for you.

What I Offer:
  • Individual CBT Sessions: One-on-one sessions focused on your personal needs and goals
  • Online/Telephone Therapy: Virtual therapy sessions to provide flexibility and support from the comfort of your home
  • Group Therapy: A chance to connect with others, share experiences, and build a sense of community

Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting, but it’s also an important step toward feeling better. If you’re ready to start making changes and be seen and heard, I would be honored to work with you. Reach out today for a consultation, and let’s begin your journey.
